Kelly + Nick (+ Lily)
Remember Kelly + Nick's adventurous elopement at an alpine lake? Maybe you remember their gigantic Neapolitan Mastiff, Lily? We had the absolute pleasure of filming their San Juan Mountain Elopement last year when the pandemic derailed their plans for a wedding in the mountains of Colorado. One year later, they're back! And their Colorado mountain wedding at Eureka Lodge in Silverton was better than their wildest dreams.
This wedding video is SO Kelly and Nick. Tons of laughter, unscripted moments, an epic dance party, and of course, plenty of screen time for Lily. Their wedding venue, Eureka Lodge, is seriously the most Colorado venue imaginable. Not a glitzy Colorado destination wedding resort; I mean true, raw, real Colorado. Located 30 minutes outside the historic mining town of Silverton, Eureka Lodge sits at the beginning of the 4-wheel-drive road called the Alpine Loop. This venue is no joke! Our van got stuck in their driveway, the couple's getaway car had to be pushed up the hill, there's no cell service, and the property is filled with mine shafts, old bridges, and sheer cliffs. WE LOVED IT!
Since they were already married, Kelly and Nick wanted their wedding celebration to be a fun and exciting gathering of all of their friends and family after a tough year. It was amazing to witness the genuine, kind, fun, and welcoming community they've created around them, which is a testament to the kind of people Kelly and Nick are. We had so many people come up to us to say how much they loved Kelly and Nick's elopement video. That means so much to us, and we are very excited to share their sequel with you all.
